ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative at the Levi Monk State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Representative at the Levi Monk State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Proficient using company-provided desktop computer and laptop.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain within 30 days)
- Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain within 90 days)
- Sales Experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Drive and motivation
- Ready for new career opportunities
- Eager to learn
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Studio Walz Photography.
- Our office is open 9-5.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of LSU.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 22 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
